Doctors have agreed that none of them will consent to any kind of decrease in their wages. In case of any kind of dispute with the hospital's administration, the contract gave the leaders of this pact access to a deadly weapon: they could immediately tender a resignation on behalf of almost 200 doctors, putting the hospital's administration up against the wall.
